Couple Painting Challenge

We think this love-filled special event will be one that sticks! On Valentine's Day this year, we hosted pairs in the studio for a painting challenge that brought out loads of laughter and created lasting memories. Couples chatted and spent quality time together while making beautiful artwork in this date night workshop!

LOL = Lots of Love. LOL = Lots of Laughs.

So what did they do? Each pair sat across from each other with their canvases hidden until the final reveal after one hour of focused painting to capture every feature and strand of hair. If anyone was not confident in their painting skills, their instructor was by their side every step of the way to help. Whether it be colour mixing, a second opinion, or how to get started.

We had seven pairs of cuties come into the studio and try their hand at this challenge. Were they up to the task? ABSOLUTELY! No matter the skill level that each person brought into the studio, we think that everyone's paintings turned out amazingly... Just look at all those happy faces!

Every painting has its own charm and you can see the love that was put into each portrait to meet their partner's likeness. The snapshot in the bottom right of the gallery is the couple who brought this challenge to the studio last year for their anniversary. We're not sure if everyone who came this year was a couple, but this would be a super fun activity for a "Gal"entine's night or "Pal"entine's night.
